Happy New Year!

Greetings, family and friends.  I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all your support and prayers over this past year. 

It has been one year since Wendy and I received the news relative to my health.  We were initially blindsided about the change because we assumed the open-heart surgery had fixed the issues; I guess the Lord has a different plan for me.  I must say that I feel like the apostle Paul must have felt when God said, “… ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness’” (2 Cor 12:9). 

Although life is very different for me mentally and physically, I have grown stronger spiritually.  I am very thankful for all those who are a big part of our fellowship team here at Alpha Omega Ministry and all the prayer warriors who continue to pray for my health; I feel your prayers and believe the Lord is sustaining me.

I live one day at a time…just as life was meant to be lived.  God is amazing, and it’s amazing what one can accomplish through Christ.  I believe that, in a small way, I am a testament to that.  Thank you, Jesus!

Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
